Run 9:50/mile pace for 20min every 2 min 15x push-ups

7x Weighted burpee @ 2x 25lb DB EMOM/10min

2 rounds of: 10x bent row +10x hi-pull +10x muscle snatch +10x BNP @ 40lbs

3x15 penally row @ 135lbs

3x15 incline DB press @ 2x 50lbs DB

Notes: Hotel gyms provide a perfect way to get in some easy isolation and supportive work. I find the limited options just increase the focus on areas you might normally avoid when exercise selection is high.
