Notes:

Something pulled in my adductor on my first heavy set of squats, nothing too terrible, but enough to make me hesitate, I decided to continue, maybe against better judgement. There is always a give and take, if we always back off at the first sign of pain, what does that tell our brain to produce in any amount of discomfort? What is our real reaction during distress? The idea is that as long as I don't make it worse, or cause serious damage I should always look to continue once especially if there has been a plan laid out.
