work up to heavy clean and jerk

Notes: It is amazing the difference of a good eye and good cue. The overwhelming effect of a good mentor, giving just what you need in order to progress. We were finally able to visit coach b again at his home in SoCal, it is an extraordinary place, a beacon to those who want to learn. I without a shadow of doubt recommend a pilgrimage to that place.
